Location: Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium Clearance Requirement: NATO SECRET clearance is mandatory to proceed with this role About the Role We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team, responsible for automated platform management, CI/CD pipeline development, and hybrid infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced Agile environments. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows to enable reliable, automated software deliveryDeploy, administer, and scale containerised workloads and orchestration platformsProvision and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principlesAutomate system configuration and routine operational tasks through scriptingManage hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises virtualisation and public cloud platformsImplement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performanceCollaborate cross-functionally with development and operations teams in an Agile delivery model Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or automated platform management, including:Strong proficiency in CI/CD, GitOps, pipeline automation, and version control using enterprise tools such as GitLab, ArgoCD, or JenkinsSolid experience deploying and administering container workloads and orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes, Rancher, RKE2, and DockerProven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, provisioning hybrid resources with Terraform, and automating system configurations with AnsiblePractical knowledge of managing hybrid infrastructure across enterprise virtualization environments (VMware) and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automating routine operational tasks and tool integrationsExperience deploying and utilizing observability and industry-standard monitoring stacks, including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELKExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong track record of delivering cross-functional work in fast-moving Agile environments Mandatory Requirement: Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required to proceed with this role What We Offer Private health insurance.Daily rate (EUR): 600 - 670Continuous learning and career development opportunities.Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise analytics and digital transformation projects.Friendly, collaborative and professional working environment.
