The firm has global operations in London, New York and Abu Dhabi. Position Description: Arini is recruiting for a Product Control Developer to join the fast growing team in Warsaw. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Design, develop and maintain applications to support valuation, PnL calculation and reporting process across multiple systems and data sourcesDevelop and enhance automated workflows for daily P&L calculation and attribution, incorporating market value movements, cash flows, trade lifecycle events, and FX movements.Building and maintain pricing, risk sensitivities and risk based PnL attribution data or tool for asset classes such as equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.Develop and maintain data pipelines to source, validate and transform market and reference data for downstream reporting and valuation processes.Automate operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability across teams.Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver robust business solutions.Write robust, production-level code with a focus on reliability, performance and maintainabilityEnsure all developed solutions are scalable and maintainable within the tech stack.Contribute to both strategic technology initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required. Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience (2-5 years) in quantitative development, software engineering, or a similar technical role within financial servicesDemonstrable experience in fixed income products. Familiarity with trading PnL is highly desirable.Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience building data pipelines, automation solutions and analytical tools.Experience working closely with finance, risk and operations teams to enhance valuation and reporting.Experience managing and integrating market and reference data into valuation and reporting frameworks.Demonstrated passion for tech.Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills.Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong interest in contributing to a fast-growing business.Excellent time-management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with ability to interact and engage with all levels across the business.
