That is why we are looking for our first in-house technology specialist - someone who can move from a business problem to a working MVP, integration, deployment, and further development of a solution.
KUBO is building its own technology ecosystem to support business processes across recruitment, administration, and sales.
You will have the opportunity to identify the most effective tools for areas such as monitoring tender sources, analysing documentation, and creating automations that support the day-to-day work of sales and recruitment teams.
You will work directly with users in a hybrid model, based in either our Toruń or Gdańsk office.

In this role, you will connect the worlds of business and technology.
On a daily basis, you will:
Conduct discovery sessions with business users across sales, recruitment, and finance to understand their processes and challenges.Translate business problems into requirements, MVPs, and solution designs.Design applications, APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems.Build prototypes, MVPs, and internal web applications.Develop back-end systems, APIs, and integrations with SaaS tools, including SharePoint and Teams.Design workflows and automations in Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams) as well as through custom code.Build solutions using LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG, and document-processing technologies.Test, deploy, and monitor solutions in production environments.Document technical decisions, architecture, and how solutions work.Recommend a build vs.

automate approach—making informed decisions together on when to build, purchase an off-the-shelf product, or simply automate a process.Ideal Candidate Profile:
At least 3 years of experience as a developer.Experience building AI-powered solutions, particularly using LLM APIs, RAG, and AI agents.Experience taking a solution from a business problem to a working MVP - from user discovery and solution design through to deployment and further development.Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and APIs.Ability to design and implement automations, both in code and with Microsoft 365 tools.Experience testing, deploying, monitoring, and documenting solutions.Strong communication skills and the ability to hold conversations with business users and gather requirements.High level of independence and ownership of end-to-end solution delivery.Conditions:
