Technical Capabilities Strong backend experience in Java and/or C# (ideally both)Strong frontend experience with ReactJSExperience building and supporting APIs / microservicesWorking knowledge of databases (Oracle, Couchbase)Experience with messaging / event-driven systems (Kafka, ActiveMQ, AmazonMQ)Familiarity with observability tooling (logs, metrics, alerting – e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (e.g. Concourse, Git-based workflows)Experience debugging and supporting production systems Working Style Able to ramp up quickly and work with limited handholdingComfortable asking the right questions early to unblock progressCommunicates clearly on progress, risks, and blockersWorks effectively within an existing team and codebase (pragmatic, no overengineering)
