🚀 We’re Hiring: DevOps Engineer Collect Group is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team and help us build, maintain, and scale secure fintech infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for improving system reliability, automating deployment processes, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the performance and security of our platforms. 📍 Location: Limassol HQ, Cyprus (on-site full-time role) Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure 🔹 Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows 🔹 Monitor system performance, availability, and security 🔹 Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and efficiency 🔹 Manage Docker/Kubernetes environments and cloud services 🔹 Implement monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery processes 🔹 Collaborate with developers, security, and product teams to optimize systems 🔹 Support continuous improvement of our technology stack Requirements: ✅ Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role ✅ Fintech/crypto experience as an advantage ✅ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) ✅ Experience with Docker and Kubernetes ✅ Experience with CI/CD tools and automation ✅ Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools as a plus) ✅ Understanding of security best practices and system monitoring ✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced fintech environment We offer: ✨ Opportunity to work in a growing regulated fintech company ✨ Exposure to payment infrastructure, crypto technology, and financial services ✨ Professional growth and ownership of impactful projects ✨ Collaborative and international working environment 📩 Interested?
