Full Stack Developer

Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending March 2026 totaled $14.7B We are looking for Full Stack Developer to join our team and support us in developing digital workplace solutions based on SharePoint Online, Azure Cloud Services and Microsoft 365 platform. It is a temporary assignment (around 12 months). THE TEAM Our team consists of 7 IT specialists who value effective cooperation and good, team-oriented work atmosphere. We are looking for Software Engineer who will strengthen our team in the area of application development and become an integral part of the team, bringing own unique perspective, experience, knowledge, and ideas. We are working with development and maintenance of group of applications supporting Workforce Planning & Analytics processes. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Software Engineer in our team you will be involved in development and maintenance of modern, cloud solutions based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 platform. You will: • Develop applications (based on modern frontend framework, extended with cloud-based APIs) • Create SharePoint Online components on the top of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with React, TypeScript and Fluent UI • Develop custom APIs, jobs and flows hosted on Azure (utilizing App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB etc.) • Automate maintenance activities with PowerShell scripts (PnP cmdlets) • Work with integrations between on-premises systems and cloud • Take part in problem-solving sessions around SharePoint Online and cooperate with Microsoft Support • Ensure compliance with Volvo’s frameworks and standards You will be a part of development team involved in various activities, collaborating closely within and across teams, and communicating directly with our business stakeholders. You will have a chance to propose and implement your own ideas, get help from teammates when needed and learn one from another. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Essential requirements • Experience in .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core Web API and backend development with C# • Experience in TypeScript and React (React 17 or similar modern frontend frameworks) • Experience in designing and maintaining REST APIs and distributed web applications • Experience with EF Core and SQL Server / Azure SQL, including basic query optimization • Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services (App Service, Functions, Application Insights) • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD (YAML), Git workflows and code quality practices • Familiarity with Azure AD authentication and role/permission-based security models • Experience with modern frontend UI libraries (Fluent UI and/or KendoReact) • Understanding of clean architecture patterns (CQRS, MediatR) • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment • Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining cloud-based solutions • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across full-stack systems Nice to have • Experience with Azure Functions (v4) • Familiarity with TanStack React Query (v4) and caching/invalidation strategies • Experience with SharePoint / SPFx • Knowledge of performance tuning in distributed, API-heavy systems • Experience improving CI/CD and release automation processes WHAT WE OFFER: • International projects in company with certain recognition on the market • Collaborative environment in Swedish organizational culture • Hybrid remote work environment Are we the perfect match?
