About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, improving, and developing our websites, booking systems, apps, and backend platforms.
Your expertise will help elevate our digital infrastructure to support the company's ongoing growth and operational needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, and Vue.js, with a passion for problem-solving and system optimization.
You will work closely with the director and marketing team to identify opportunities for technological improvements, troubleshoot issues, and implement practical solutions that streamline business processes.
This position offers the opportunity to become an integral part of the organization, contributing to both strategic projects and day-to-day operational support.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial experience in PHP development, including Laravel and WordPressProficiency in WordPress development, including creating and managing editable backend/admin areasExperience with Laravel framework, including Blade templating and ForgeStrong knowledge of HTML and CSS, including preprocessors such as Sass, Stylus, and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSSSolid understanding of MySQL and database managementProficiency in JavaScript, particularly Vue.jsExperience using Git and GitHub for version controlFamiliarity with Linux server environments, especially CentOS and UbuntuAbility to troubleshoot server, hosting, security, and performance issuesExperience with backend booking systems or similar internal platformsKnowledge of API integrations and connecting systems with third-party platformsUnderstanding of website security tools, Cloudflare, and best security practices
Additional beneficial experience includes familiarity with Apache Cordova, Capacitor.js, Electron, mobile app deployment, and integrations with communication systems like RingCentral, as well as operational software such as CRM, payment, SMS/email platforms.

Maintain, improve, and develop driveJohnson’s websites built on WordPress and LaravelEnhance backend booking systems and editable administrative interfacesDevelop and optimize internal tools used by the office and bookings teamWork with PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Vanilla PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Vue.js to deliver robust solutionsImprove frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, Sass, Stylus, and Tailwind CSSTroubleshoot bugs, errors, and technical issues across websites and applicationsManage Linux server environments, including CentOS and Ubuntu, ensuring optimal performance and securityAssist in resolving server, hosting, Cloudflare, security, and performance issuesSupport app development, updates, and deployment to Apple’s App Store and Google PlayUtilize Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflowsIntegrate booking systems with third-party platforms such as RingCentral and other operational toolsDevelop and improve API integrations to facilitate seamless communication between systemsProvide IT support to the wider office team, ensuring smooth operational workflowsCollaborate with the director and marketing manager to identify system improvements and implement practical solutions
