ServiceNow HRSD Developer We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a major enterprise programme, supporting the development and enhancement of its HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. This is a hands-on development role focused on building scalable HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow HRSDBuild HR Services, Case Management, COEs, Record Producers and Lifecycle EventsDevelop Business Rules, Client/Server Scripts, Script Includes and UI Actions/PoliciesBuild workflows using Flow Designer and Service CatalogDevelop and maintain automated testing using ServiceNow ATFTroubleshoot defects and support production stabilityWork closely with architects, product owners and engineering teams Key Skills 3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow developmentStrong commercial experience with HRSD / HR Service DeliveryHR Case Management, HR Services, COEs and employee lifecycle processesStrong JavaScriptServiceNow ATF / Automated Test FrameworkFlow Designer, ACLs, Business Rules and Service CatalogExperience working within Agile delivery teams Desirable CSA, CAD or CIS-HRSD certificationREST API and ServiceNow integration experienceITSM or CSM experienceExperience within large enterprise environments We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow HRSD specialist who can independently deliver high-quality solutions while working as part of a wider enterprise technology team.
