Job DescriptionSupport the Hong Kong business verticals with legal advice on a broad range of operational and business matters spanning from regulatory, intellectual property, e-commerce, employment, privacy, competition, and technology issues.Advise, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with third parties such as marketing partners, suppliers, and restaurants.
Review products, features, and initiatives to provide practical business-driven legal advice while managing legal risk.
Be a legal business partner in initiatives that influence all aspects of the business.
Detail-oriented, proactive mindset and ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal colleagues.
Collaborate with our legal teams in Berlin HQ and the APAC region to ensure standardization and alignment on legal matters.
Support continuous improvement of standard agreements and legal processes.
Instruct and manage external advisors and counsel, as necessary.
