About The Role
As Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will take technical ownership of our core platform.
You will play a key role in shaping architecture, improving scalability, and setting development standards while remaining hands-on in building features.
You’ll work closely with product, operations, and leadership, and help guide other engineers as the team grows.
This is a highly impactful role where technical decisions directly influence patient experience and business growth.
What you’ll do
Take ownership of the technical architecture and codebaseDesign, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutionsLead by example with clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeMake pragmatic technical decisions and trade-offsImprove developer workflows, tooling, and system reliabilityCollaborate closely with product, customer success, and leadershipMentor and support other engineers as the team expands
Who you are
5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend-focused engineerComfortable taking technical ownership and responsibilityStrong experience with modern web stacks (frontend & backend)You think in systems, scalability, and long-term maintainabilityProactive, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English (Dutch is a plus)Based in the Netherlands
