The role We’re looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team. You’ll be a key player in the entire software development lifecycle, from designing new features to improving performance and ensuring our platform is robust and scalable. While you’ll have the opportunity to work across the stack, the focus will be on back-end development using PHP and MySQL. You’ll also work with our front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to deliver a seamless user experience. This is a hands-on role with lots of variety and plenty of room to take ownership and lead. Responsibilities Build and improve customer-facing features end-to-endCollaborate with the CTO on planning and design decisionsWrite clean, secure code and ensure quality through best practices and code reviewsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environmentsDevelop and maintain integrations with third-party platformsManage your work through Bitbucket and our Kanban system Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Full Stack DeveloperStrong PHP 8+ skillsSolid understanding of MySQL and database designConfident with HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptComfortable using Git for version controlExperience with DockerStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetClear communicator, able to work independentlyAwareness of performance, scalability, and security best practice Nice to have Experience in CodeIgniterExperience with AWSFamiliarity with CI/CD and DevOps practicesExperience working in a Kanban workflow
