As a Senior Software Engineer, in this role you will: Design, build and operate cloud-native services, APIs and data products that support Party Match, Party Merge and Customer Master Data capabilities.Deliver scalable, secure and resilient solutions that enable accurate customer identity resolution and enterprise customer data management.Contribute to modern service-oriented, domain-driven and event-driven architectures.Build and maintain workflow-driven services that orchestrate customer data lifecycle events and business processes. Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal would be advantageous.Develop high-quality software using engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD and infrastructure as code.Participate in technical design, code reviews and complex problem-solving activities.Champion engineering excellence across observability, performance, security, reliability and operational readiness.Support the modernisation of legacy platforms and drive adoption of cloud-native technologies and engineering patterns.Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, data engineers and platform teams to deliver customer data solutions.Mentor engineers, promote knowledge sharing and contribute to uplifting engineering capability across the squad.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive innovation through emerging technologies, automation and AI-enabled engineering practices.   We're Interested In Hearing From People Who Have strong experience building and operating software at scale.Bring expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices.Have experience with distributed systems, streaming and event-driven architectures.Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal is desirable.Thrive in a "you build it, you run it" environment.Have modernised legacy platforms into cloud-native services.Enjoy mentoring engineers and contributing to technical direction.Are passionate about customer data, AI-enabled engineering and emerging technologies.Have strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to engineering excellence.
