DevOps / Cloud Engineer (AWS) We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join our team and support the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, high‑performance cloud infrastructure on AWS. This role combines infrastructure engineering, automation, CI/CD, container orchestration, and performance optimization in modern cloud environments. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based cloud infrastructureManage web application hosting and delivery (web and application servers, browser optimization, caching and invalidation strategies, HTTP routing, API Gateway configuration)Support JVM-based applications, including hosting, monitoring, and performance optimization (AEM experience is highly beneficial)Implement and enhance observability using OpenTelemetry (tracing, metrics, logs)Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CDKAutomate infrastructure provisioning and updates with version-controlled configurationsBuild, extend, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub ActionsDevelop, update, and maintain Jenkins Shared Libraries written in GroovyManage containerized applications using DockerSet up and maintain OpenShift / Kubernetes environments (EKS) and/or ECS clustersAutomate container builds, deployments, rollbacks, and release processesManage releases across environments and mitigate deployment risksIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and infrastructureMonitor and troubleshoot systems using CloudWatch Metrics and Logs, X-Ray, Lambda Insights, and RDS Performance Insights Requirements Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructurePractical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS CDK)Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices, especially Jenkins (including Shared Libraries) and GitHub ActionsExperience with Docker and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, ECS)Good understanding of TypeScript (used for Lambda development and serverless frameworks)General understanding of Java and web development processesKnowledge of networking concepts within and outside AWS, including performance optimization (e.g. CDNs)Ability to work independently, analyze complex problems, and propose effective solutions Frequently Used AWS Services VPC and related networking servicesEC2, ECS, EKS, ECRLambda, API GatewayCloudFront, WAF, Route53CloudWatchS3, EFSIAMRDS, DocumentDB Nice to Have Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Background in platform, infrastructure, or consulting rolesExperience working in high-availability and high-scale environments What We Offer The opportunity to participate in a variety of projectsRemote work from any locationB2B cooperation with a stable, long-term project environmentCompetitive daily rate aligned with your experience and market standardsAccess to modern technologies and challenging, impactful assignmentsSupportive, collaborative team culture focused on knowledge exchange and innovation.
