About the Role We're expanding our Australian dev team and looking for a sharp, practical Full-Stack Developer to work directly alongside me (Head of Engineering). You'll help design, build, and maintain the web applications, APIs, and data services powering TrueMatch™ and our core platform. What You'll Work With: Frontend: Next.js (React) + TypeScriptBackend: Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Edge Functions) + Node/TypeScript services (Express & Cloudflare Workers)Workflow: Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD, GitAI Tooling: Daily integration of AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, LLM APIs/AI SDKs) to accelerate development and testing What We're Looking For: Strong full-stack TypeScript experience building responsive UIs and robust REST APIs.Solid relational database fundamentals (Postgres/Supabase schema design & query optimization).Commitment to writing clean, well-tested code (TDD mindset).Experience or strong interest in data-driven platforms, analytics, or scoring systems.Comfort collaborating on-site once a week to white-board, review architecture, and plan sprints. Work Setup: Hybrid — 4 days WFH, 1 day a week in a Melbourne coworking space.
