Description

Role: Shopify Developer Location: Melbourne Job Description: Required: 2+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience (Shopify or Shopify Plus)Strong proficiency in Liquid templating, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+)Experience with Shopify's Admin API, Storefront API, and WebhooksFamiliarity with headless commerce frameworks (e.g., Hydrogen, Next.js) is a plusUnderstanding of retail e-commerce operations: product catalogs, inventory sync, promotions, order managementExperience integrating third-party apps and platforms (ERP/POS systems like NetSuite, Shopify POS, Klaviyo, etc.)Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityExperience with Git/version control and agile development workflowsStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsPreferred: Shopify Partner or Shopify Plus certificationExperience with React, Node.js, or other modern JS frameworksBackground working with retail/apparel/consumer goods brandsFamiliarity with checkout customization (Shopify Functions, Checkout UI Extensions)Understanding of SEO fundamentals and Core Web VitalsExperience with A/B testing tools and CRO best practices Interested Candidates can share their updated resumes on shalini.tomar@carecone.com.au or can reach me on +61283195549
