Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and automating various aspects of software delivery. If you are passionate about cloud-native technologies, automation, and system reliability – we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (using GitLab or similar platforms)Manage and orchestrate containers with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform and AnsibleDevelop and maintain scripts and tooling using Bash and PythonMonitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and LokiImplement and support centralized logging using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)Secure configuration management and integrate with external authentication systemsCollaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure system resilience and scalabilityAdminister and support Linux and Windows Server environmentsOperate within cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar roleA team playerStrong knowledge of Kubernetes (preferably AKS) and containerization with DockerHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud servicesExperience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using TerraformConfiguration management with AnsibleProficiency in scripting languages: Bash, PythonFamiliarity with GitLab CI/CD or other pipeline automation toolsSolid experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki for monitoring and observabilityUnderstanding of the ELK stack for centralized logging and analyticsGood grasp of version control systems, especially GitBackground in Linux/Windows system administrationFluent command of English and Polish with effective business communication skills (at least B2/C1) WHAT WE OFFER Salary : B2B: 160-180 PLN/h; UoP: 20 000-23 000PLN bruttoHybrid work : Katowice, Wrocław, Poznań or Leszno / RemoteA laptop (Windows/Mac)Flexible working hours and possibility to work remotelyTrainings and workshops
