Role Overview
We are expanding an international team responsible for a large-scale Kubernetes platform used by technology teams across multiple regions.
We are currently hiring for several positions within the same platform organization, ranging from a hands-on Kubernetes support role to technical leadership opportunities in SRE and Platform Engineering.
Depending on your experience, you may focus on maintaining and troubleshooting production Kubernetes environments, coordinating a local team, or developing automation and platform capabilities that improve reliability, scalability and operational efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for engineers who want to work with production Kubernetes at scale, collaborate with specialists across different countries and contribute to the transition from traditional DevOps operations towards modern Platform Engineering.
Responsibilities
Depending on the position and seniority level, your responsibilities may include:
Administer and maintain production Kubernetes environments, including configuration, upgrades, capacity and platform health.Monitor platform availability, performance and resource usage, identifying potential reliability risks.Investigate incidents, integration issues and performance degradation using logs, dashboards and observability tools.Perform root cause analysis and introduce improvements that reduce the risk of recurring problems.Build scripts, pipelines and automation supporting infrastructure and service lifecycle management.Improve upgrade processes, operational workflows and overall platform resilience.Develop monitoring dashboards and automated or self-healing solutions where appropriate.Support development teams using the platform and cooperate with engineering teams across different regions.For lead-level positions, coordinate the work of a local technical team and support engineers in their daily responsibilities.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
Strong hands-on experience in administering Kubernetes environments.Strong understanding of Kubernetes operations, containers and production troubleshooting.Experience maintaining business-critical or high-availability production platforms.Good knowledge of Linux or Unix administration, including system diagnostics and networking fundamentals.Experience working with monitoring, logging and observability solutions.Familiarity with automation, scripting or Infrastructure as Code.Understanding of operational processes such as Incident, Problem and Change Management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and cooperate effectively within an international environment.
