Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain highly interactive, performant, and SEO-friendly web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Collaborate with product teams and UI/UX designers using Figma and our Design System to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences from concept to launch.Provide engineering estimates for new features, assist in project scoping, and support technical resource planning.Establish and maintain application performance monitoring (APM) and logging systems (e.g., Sentry, Datadog) to ensure reliability and visibility.Define and document technical architecture, conduct trade-off analyses for new frameworks or tooling, and manage technical debt reduction.Work closely with the backend team to optimize data retrieval for a fast and responsive user experience.Conduct thorough PR reviews, uphold code quality standards, and promote frontend best practices.Mentor and upskill junior engineers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.Contribute to the engineering culture by staying current with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Key Requirements:
Min 4-6 years of professional experience with React.jsStrong proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScriptExperience with frontend rendering strategies: SSR, SSG, ISRExpertise in semantic HTML and modern CSSWell-versed in the Node.js ecosystemDeep understanding of web best practices: SEO, Core Web Vitals, securityExperience integrating secure user authentication flows (JWT, OAuth 2.0)Demonstrated experience in mentoring or leading teams
