About The Role The role owns the end-to-end development of modern user-facing web applications, delivering responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces used by millions of users daily. The team works closely with product designers and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, performant, and scalable frontend architectures. Key Responsibilities Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworksOptimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsersCollaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible user interfacesIntegrate frontend components seamlessly with RESTful and GraphQL backend APIsWrite comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and CypressParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to frontend engineering standards What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on modern frontend developmentDeep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React ecosystem state managementProven track record of building and shipping responsive, accessible web applications to productionStrong understanding of web performance optimization techniques, browser rendering, and caching strategiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with Next.js, Server-Side Rendering, WebSockets, or mobile development frameworks
