About The Role As a Java Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native microservices applications. the role will involve building and deploying scalable, resilient, and maintainable microservices architectures. Responsibilities Working closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designsDeveloping and maintain cloud-native microservices applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologiesDeveloping and maintain RESTful APIs for microservices communication.Implementing and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOpsDeploying and manage microservices on Azure cloud platforms, such as Azure Container AppsTroubleshooting and debug issues in complex microservices environments. Requirements Have experience of Java Spring Boot and AzureExperience building and deploying microservices using Spring Boot frameworkAble to design and document RESTful APIs for microservices communicationAble to create and manage Docker containers, Dockerfiles, and Docker Compose.Have working knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals, deployments, services, and configuration managementHave great verbal and written communication skills and enjoy collaborating with teams to solve problems Learn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work here Primary Location Base Pay Range: Ireland - Dublin (Rockfield Central) €38,700 - €64,400.
