Experience / Technical Skills 3โ€“4 years of Flutter experiencePrior or parallel native mobile development experience is a strong plusSolid understanding of layered / clean architectureComfortable working in a mono repo setup, ideally with MelosState management experience with Bloc and CubitProven experience working with platform channelsExperience with CI/CD for mobile releases, ideally Bitrise and/or GitHub ActionsStrong experience with animations, including custom widget transitions, AnimationController, and LottieGood understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Material DesignIndustry Background: Experience in corporate banking or financial services required. Documentation / Communication Strong in-code documentation habits, including dartdoc and inline commentsExperience writing handover documentation and team playbooksClear written and verbal communicationComfortable working across design, product, QA, and engineering teams Ways of Working Comfortable owning a feature end-to-end, from design to build, demo, and handoverAble to work onsite in Dubai, 5 days a week Nice to Have Open-source packages or appsLive apps published on the App Store and/or Play StoreUnderstanding of agentic development and prompt engineering concepts
