The Opportunity:
As Senior Frontend Engineer you will join our Technology team and help build scalable, high-performing web applications that support FIT HUB's digital products and business growth.
You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver user-focused experiences across our website, lead generation platforms, and internal systems.
What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern frontend technologies.Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.Build high-quality, reliable, and performant products that serve thousands of users.Improve application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decision-making to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.Review code, share best practices, and mentor fellow engineers to maintain high engineering standards.Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and tools that improve product quality and team productivity.
What We Need:
5+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering or Web Application Development.Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.Solid understanding of modern frontend development practices, including state management, responsive design, and performance optimization.Experience working with modern frontend frameworks and tools such as Next.js, Vite, Webpack, or similar technologies.Strong experience integrating APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams.Familiarity with building reusable components, design systems, or scalable frontend architectures.Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable participating in technical discussions, reviewing code, and mentoring other engineers.Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies, including AI-powered development tools.
