Our client runs a custom software platform that keeps our data flowing to and from Bullhorn, their CRM and applicant-tracking system.
This role owns that platform end-to-end, and also keeps our small team running day-to-day: onboarding, offboarding, and everyday tech support.
You'll be the firm's sole technical resource, with real autonomy to modernize systems and build new tools as you see fit.
Compensation: $85-$125K/yr DOE
Availability: We are seeking someone who will mirror our client's hybrid schedule expectations (Tues-Thurs on-site; Mon/Fri WFH).
6:30 AM-3:30 PM workday.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and extend the C#/.NET services that sync data between the Firm and BullhornWrite and tune SQL Server queries that power the firm's business reportingMaintain two web frontends: a legacy Vue 2 dashboard and a modern Next.js/React appOperate production directly (Docker, Azure Linux VMs, CI/CD), and work test-firstSet up and retire equipment for new hires and departing employeesAdminister Microsoft 365 / Entra and handle everyday endpoint troubleshootingManage backups, vendor relationships, and basic office network upkeepServe as the go-to person for quick tech questions across the team
Qualifications:
C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core Web APIs and background worker services)SQL Server / T-SQL, including writing and tuning real queries, not just ORM useEntity Framework Core, including schema migrationsTypeScript / Node.jsDocker and Docker Compose in a production environmentComfortable switching between deep technical work and quick support requestsBullhorn ATS/CRM experience (the single biggest ramp-up advantage for this role) is a bonusPrior IT generalist or helpdesk experience alongside development workAzure (VMs, Key Vault, Blob Storage) and comfort administering Linux servers directlyReact / Next.js, and willingness to maintain an older Vue 2 applicationRecruiting or staffing industry background is preferred
