Join a technology organization as a Full-Stack Developer responsible for delivering features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. Description

Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack (frontend, backend, APIs, databases)Manage code through Git/GitHub — version control, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelinesUse AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to speed up development, debugging, and code reviewWrite and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) for their own featuresCoach other developers on how to test their own code — reviewing test coverage, flagging edge cases, and explaining testing rationale during pairing sessions and code reviewsEstablish and maintain lightweight testing standards, checklists, and best practices for the teamDeploy and monitor features in production, troubleshooting issues as they ariseCollaborate with product and design to scope and deliver features end-to-end Primary Location Base Pay Range: Belgium - Ghent €54,400 - €90,800.
