The Role
Architect, develop, and maintain robust software applications across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to understand user challenges and design viable, high-quality solutions.
Lead and participate in Agile planning, story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to peers and junior engineers, especially in AI-augmented development.
Implement and support AI-powered features and pipelines, contributing to prompt engineering experimentation and sharing tool usage insights.
Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues as needed.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, and 4 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing highly scalable, high-volume software systems and client-facing web applications.
Proficiency in multiple technology stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and familiarity with front end development practices and integration with back-end technologies (APIs / REST).
Strong understanding of application lifecycle methodologies (Agile, iterative) and database technologies.
Experience with AI-powered software development, prompt engineering, and collaborating with AI agents is highly desirable.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, and modern DevOps practices.
