Job Summary
We're looking for a Back-End Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of robust, scalable, and modern backend systems.
You will work closely with other engineers to build services and APIs that power the applications and platforms we deliver.
You will be part of a team that values learning, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and system componentsWrite clean, maintainable, and well‑tested codeParticipate in technical discussions and contribute ideas to improve architecture and performanceCollaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver high‑quality featuresSupport the team in delivering on goals and improving existing systemsMonitor the performance and reliability of delivered solutions and help drive improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field2-4 years of experience in Software Engineering, having built web applications, products and solutions in production environments Python experienceHands‑on experience with at least one more backend language (Node.js, Java, Go, PHP, etc.)Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systemsExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databasesExperience with Docker and containersFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred)Strong communication and collaboration skillsExperience with AI-assisted coding
Nice to Have
Background in startups or high-growth environmentsExperience in B2B environmentsFamiliarity with DDD (Domain-Driven Design)Experience in building AI-driven products
