About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer to join our dynamic team. This senior individual contributor will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our platform, working across the full technology stack to solve complex, high-impact problems. The ideal candidate will be deeply hands-on, leading by example through technical expertise and judgment rather than managerial authority. You will play a crucial role in modernizing our platform layer, integrating AI-driven development practices, and fostering a culture of technical excellence. As a force multiplier, you will collaborate closely with product, design, compliance, and engineering leadership to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable technical strategies. Your contributions will directly influence the scalability, performance, and security of our cross-border payments infrastructure, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.
