Founding Solutions Engineer | €150k OTE

A Nordic SaaS scale-up is breaking into the Benelux, and the deals are already landing. Enterprise, RFP-led, heavy on security reviews and real technical scrutiny. The kind of deals that are won or lost in the room. They need a first SE on the ground in Amsterdam to own the technical side of every deal and then build the Solutions function behind it. Day to day you'll: Run the technical side of enterprise deals with AEs: deep dives, solutioning, demosOwn RFPs, security questionnaires, and GDPR/compliance (AI-assisted, your judgement on the line)Build the playbooks: HRIS, SSO, BI, integrations, and the clean handover into ImplementationClear blockers with Engineering/Product, and onboard partners on the Partner API alongside the Head of PartnershipsThen hire and lead the function as the region scales You probably are Entrepreneurial, with a real sense of ownership and the hunger to build something rather than maintain it. You've likely stood up structure from scratch before and liked it. We care more about mindset, drive, and technical instinct than a specific industry background - HR tech knowledge is a plus.
