About RGS We’re solving a €355 billion problem in European healthcare tendering. RGS Healthcare Solutions uses AI to automate tender discovery, analysis and proposal generation across fragmented procurement platforms. We help healthcare suppliers find relevant opportunities, respond faster and compete more effectively. The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Platform Engineer with at least a few years of professional experience. You’ll work across data pipelines, backend services, frontend applications and cloud infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with our Founding Engineer and co-founders, take ownership of features and help shape technical decisions as the platform grows. What You’ll Do Build and improve features across the full platformDevelop web-scraping and data-processing pipelinesExtract and structure information from PDF, Office and XML documentsBuild LLM-powered extraction and automation workflowsDevelop secure, scalable frontend and backend servicesImprove platform reliability, maintainability and infrastructureTake ownership of features from idea to production Tech Stack Data pipelines: Python for web scraping, document extraction, fuzzy matching and LLM-based extraction using Claude and OpenAI. Web application: React, Vite and Tailwind CSS on the frontend; Node.js, Express and TypeScript on the backend; PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM. Infrastructure: Docker, Terraform and Azure. What We’re Looking For Strong Python skills for web scraping, parsing, retries, rate limiting, concurrency and document extractionStrong TypeScript skills across React, Node.js and ExpressSolid SQL and relational data-modeling experienceExperience working with PostgreSQL or a comparable relational databaseComfortable with Docker and infrastructure as code on a major cloud platformHands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, including prompt design for structured extraction and managing cost and rate limitsA pragmatic approach to imperfect dataGood judgment on when to use an LLM and when a simpler solution, such as regex, is more appropriateAbility to work independently and take ownership in a small, fast-moving team Nice to Have Experience with Playwright or other browser-automation toolsExperience building secure multi-tenant SaaS applicationsKnowledge of authentication, RBAC and rate limitingExperience with CI/CDExposure to public procurement, govtech, healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry Candidates must be based in the EU and have valid EU work authorisation.
