Their goal is to become the de facto standard for global group management. They're accelerating the development of next-generation management DX products and migrating their primarily on-premise product to a SaaS model. ■Responsibilities 【Overview】 You'll be part of the Product Development division, which is responsible for the planning and development of the company's consolidated accounting system. As a Backend Engineer/DX Engineer, you'll be focused on improving features, expanding functionality, and enhancing overall service quality. 【Specifically】 The company provides various solutions for collecting and visualizing accounting and management information from group companies, centered on its consolidated accounting system. The company's strengths lie in its prominent domestic client base and a highly profitable business model. It has built long-term partnerships with major Japanese corporations, including approximately 100 of the top 200 companies by market capitalization on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. As a result, it consistently maintains an operating profit margin of around 20% each year. Because they operate in the essential business domain of "accounting," the risk of product replacement is low, which has allowed them to build a stable, long-term business foundation. The Product Development Division is composed of various roles, each with the following responsibilities. Backend Engineer: The company is taking on the significant and unprecedented challenge of evolving its on-premise B2B product—which has been implemented by approximately 1,200 enterprise companies—into a SaaS service. DX Engineer: The company is standardizing the expertise in consolidated financial reporting and disclosure work that it has accumulated through its BPO service business. It is moving forward with the development of a DX product that will automate these tasks. Additionally, it is tackling the challenge of improving the efficiency and productivity of the operations that support its highly profitable business model. Upon joining, you will be involved in product development centered on three key themes, leveraging your prior experience and expertise. The three main areas of product development are: Feature Enhancement, which involves updating existing products to reflect expertise gained from BPO and changes in accounting rules; Functionality Expansion, which aims to further increase the product's value by developing new products and features that enable business automation; and Service Improvement, which involves driving the migration from on-premise to the cloud to enhance customer convenience and service quality. The Product Development Division is composed of approximately 100 professionals with a wide range of expertise, including those knowledgeable in accounting, strong developers, technical specialists, and management experts.
