Our group includes: 🏠 KIKA LT: Managing the KIKA retail network in Lithuania and Estonia, leading wholesale trade. 🐾 AKVATERA: Specialized pet feed factory exporting to 60+ countries. 🥽 AKVATERA W – a modern canned food factory focused on the highest quality and innovation to ensure the best nutrition for your pets. 🐕 TAURO KENNEL: World-renowned dog kennel celebrated at international exhibitions. ✨ TAURO GROOMING ACADEMY: Premier pet spa salon and training academy. 🌐 KIKA USA LLC: Our dynamic division in the United States of America RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, build and maintain full stack features — from database schema and API through to the UI — for our internal systems and e-commerce platforms.Develop back-end services and APIs in C# / .NET, and front-end interfaces in JavaScript/TypeScript with a modern framework (React, Angular or Vue).Design and optimize relational databases and SQL queries.Integrate internal and third-party systems (ERP, e-commerce, warehouse management, accounting, and more).Own features end to end — from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing and deployment.Participate in code reviews and help maintain high standards for code quality, testing and documentation.(Senior) Contribute to architectural decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and mentor mid-level and junior developers.Collaborate closely with product, design, IT infrastructure and business stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of professional full stack development experience for Mid; 5+ years for Senior, including some ownership of architecture or technical decisions.Strong back-end experience with C# / .NET and a solid understanding of object-oriented design.Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework (React, Angular or Vue).Solid SQL and relational database skills (schema design, query optimization).Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.Comfortable with Git and standard collaborative development workflows.Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently across the stack.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Exposure to microservices or event-driven architectures.Automated testing experience (unit, integration or end-to-end).Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python or similar).(Senior) Prior experience mentoring developers or leading small technical initiatives.Curiosity about AI tools and interest in applying them in day-to-day engineering work.
