Job Title: Systems Developer - Expert Task ID: HBITS-08-14934 Position Duration: 24 Months Client: State of NY Agency: Information Technology Services Please call (703) 466-0951 | (571) 351-1868 | (703) 348-3018 or email at nysreqs@ilinksolutions.com Description Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following: Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net Core, JavaScript, Angular 2 or higher, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs and WCF. Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary. Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports. Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations. Use a source code repository TFS for checking in and checking out source code branching off new versions of the source code. Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups. Code applications that access Protected Health Informaon. Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis. Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor. Mandatory Qualifications 1 84 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex n-tier web browser-based applications in C# for n-tier web deployment. 2 84 months of experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization. 3 84 months of experience in developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets. 4 36 months of experience in developing applications that utilize .Net Core MVC. 5 24 months of experience in developing web-based application user interface with responsive web design (RWD) that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. 6 84 months of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus. 7 60 months of experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code management. 8 36 months of experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
