Software Engineer – Advent

Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 5+ Years Role Overview We are looking for innovative Software Engineer – Advent to modernize and optimize enterprise investment management platforms built on Advent APX. This role combines expertise in .NET development, MS SQL, automation, APIs, CI/CD, and AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and deliver next-generation financial technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Platform Engineering Administer, maintain, and optimize the Advent APX platform.Develop backend services and integrations using .NET (C#).Design scalable application architecture supporting enterprise investment operations.Ensure application reliability, performance, and security. Database & Automation Develop and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.Build automated testing frameworks using Playwright or equivalent tools.Design CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and reduce manual effort.Identify and automate inefficient operational workflows. Innovation & Integration Integrate modern APIs and microservices using Node.js and .NET.Explore AI technologies and LLM-based automation opportunities.Support production issues and optimize enterprise applications.Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Development teams.
