Backend Engineer Requirements: Commercial experience building production software with Go (or strong experience in Python/Node.js with an interest in Go)Product-focused mindset with experience taking features from design through to productionComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with plenty of ownershipExperience building scalable APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or data-intensive platformsInterest in AI, automation, or applying modern tooling to improve engineering productivity Why Join?
