Backend Engineer — Scalable Systems

We are looking for a Backend Engineer — Scalable Systems Build and maintain backend systems that power high-throughput, low-latency services — focus on reliability, scaling, and developer productivity for web and AI workloads. Tasks Design and implement scalable microservices and APIs using Python / Go / Java or similar.Optimize for performance, caching, and database scalability (SQL/NoSQL).Implement observability, tracing and robust error handling patterns.Collaborate with ML teams to design efficient model inference pipelines. Requirements 4+ years backend engineering experience building high-scale systems.Experience with distributed systems, message queues, and caching strategies.Comfort with cloud-native patterns and container orchestration (K8s).Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills.
