You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer role at one of Europe's most successful media streaming media platforms whose B2B data and analytics platform helps record labels, artists and music executives discover emerging talent and understand fan behaviour. Your role: As a Lead Full Stack Engineer you'll lead the design and delivery of scalable, data-intensive applications that process vast amounts of music and audience data. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a small, multidisciplinary team, defining technical direction while remaining actively involved in architecture, coding and technical decision making. Collaborating with Product and Design, you'll translate business goals into elegant technical solutions and ensure the delivery of secure, high performance software. You'll also champion modern engineering practices, leveraging AI assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining exceptional code quality. As the team grows, you'll have the opportunity to progress into an Engineering Management position. Location / WFH: You'll join colleagues in the Berlin office, with flexibility to work form home twice a week.
