Job Description Implement new features in our App version using Dart and Flutter to reach the highest performance standardsWork closely together with other experienced engineers product managers, QA, and designers to ship new components and featuresWork on the implementation of high-leverage features to optimize UI/UX and conversion ratesHave a direct impact on team processes by regular agile retrospectives teams, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure feature acceptance based on requirements Qualifications Extensive experience in frontend development, ideally across multiple frameworksExtensive experience in FlutterStrong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logicDeep understanding of building complex frontend logicYou write well-structured, efficient and maintainable code and actively keep the quality of the code base in checkYou have excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsYou are used to working in an English speaking environmentHigh autonomy and ownership: You are motivated, take matters into your own hands, and can implement a complex feature with little oversightStrong communicator: You can communicate transparently, honestly, and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersTeam player: You actively share knowledge, inspire other team members, and aim to fulfill team goals Nice to Have Design awareness and ability to collaborate closely with designers Familiarity with gRPC and Go in a shop backend environmentExpertise in UI and Animation development Additional Information Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
