Junior Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Be involved in the holistic development process of a financial platform, identifying and developing new features related to trading and financial independence. • Develop the next generation of a financial platform for private investors, covering both front-end and back-end aspects within a dynamic startup environment. • Optimize internal company processes and algorithms. • Actively participate in the Scrum process as part of an agile team, supporting all phases from planning to retrospectives. What You'll Need • Minimum of 1 year of practical experience as a front-end and back-end developer, ideally gained through internships or similar roles. • Proficiency in core technologies such as JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, WordPress, HTML5, and CSS, with a precise and detail-oriented approach. • Strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management. • Demonstrated experience taking ownership of your areas, proactively tackling challenges, and delivering results efficiently. • Excellent analytical and structural skills for clear scenario planning and structured implementation. • German language skills at C1 level are ideal, with good English for conversations.
