Software Engineer

We're Hiring: Founding Software Engineer 📍 New York City (Onsite) I'm partnering closely with the hiring team at a fast-growing AI startup that's building the observability layer for AI-powered software development. We're looking for an experienced Founding Software Engineer who is excited to build products from the ground up and work directly with highly technical founders. What we're looking for: • 5+ years of software engineering experience • Experience at a Seed, Series A, B, or C startup • Strong backend, platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems experience • Experience with developer tools, Git, or observability platforms is highly preferred • Experience with Rust or TypeScript is a plus (not required) • High ownership mindset and passion for building products from 0→1 Bonus if you've worked at companies like: GitHub, Datadog, GitLab, Sourcegraph, Atlassian, or similar developer tooling companies. 💰 Compensation: $190K–$220K base + meaningful equity + comprehensive benefits 📌 Work Authorization: This opportunity is open only to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders.
