Site Reliability Engineer

Who We Are Our client is a global quantitative hedge fund operating across major liquid asset classes worldwide. The firm combines technology, data, and quantitative research to drive investment decisions, with engineering and infrastructure forming the backbone of its trading platforms. The Core Trading Platform team is responsible for building and operating the firm's global electronic trading infrastructure, supporting ultra-low latency systems that power real-time trading across global markets. We welcome applicants from across the globe. Relocation support will be provided for suitable candidates. We Are Seeking: Core Site Reliability Engineer This is not a traditional support role. You'll operate at the intersection of software engineering, production operations, and trading infrastructure, helping ensure that business-critical systems remain reliable, scalable, and performant. You'll work closely with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to investigate complex issues, improve system reliability, automate operational processes, and optimise platform performance. We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience within buy-side firms, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or other performance-sensitive environments.
