What You Will Need Must Have 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience within production-grade, distributed environments. 3+ years of strong Kubernetes expertise operating and supporting production clusters (scaling, advanced networking, RBAC, and troubleshooting). 3+ years of experience in cloud-native environments, designing and operating infrastructure in at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP also considered). Expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and developing reusable CI/CD blueprints to standardize deployments across teams, following a GitOps approach (ArgoCD or similar). Advanced Helm proficiency, including custom Helm templating, chart development, and lifecycle management for complex microservices. Container and Kubernetes Security expertise, moving security left by integrating container image scanning tools (Trivy), enforcing image signature verification, and implementing admission control policies (e.g., Connaisseur). Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, including DNS, VNETs/Peerings, subnets, load balancing, ingress controllers, and service networking. Experience implementing and operating observability platforms (metrics, logging, tracing) using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus. Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code management using Terraform. Strong scripting and automation skills (preferably Go, Python, Bash). Experience with service mesh and distributed tracing technologies (e.g., Istio service mesh, Jaeger tracing). Emerging experience in AI/MLOps infrastructure, deploying and managing AI/ML workloads and model serving platforms (e.g., KServe) Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and application layers. Nice to have Emerging experience in AI/MLOps infrastructure, deploying and managing AI/ML workloads and model serving platforms (e.g., KServe) Understanding of database performance, backups, replication, and high availability concepts.
