Lead Marketing and Growth Manager

Job DescriptionThe Growth & Marketing Lead owns growth and engagement initiatives for Glovo's most important business pillar - end-service users. The team is data-driven and results-focused. The person will have strong analytical skills, practical marketing and trade marketing knowledge as well as strong cross-functional projects management background – with a hunger to make business grow with positive ROI. Role performance will be evaluated based on New Customer and Recurrent Customer OKRs delivery as well as reaching profitability targets. You may also be involved in other tasks requested by your manager due to business needs. Be a part of a team where you will: Definition and implementation of Marketing and Growth strategies: Define Glovo local growth strategy, adapting global playbook to local needs. Lead local Marketing activations (offline and online) and manage/optimize in-app content to deliver on the agreed growth goals. Define promotional, pricing and point of sale strategy. Analytical Responsibilities: Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with in-app offers, identify growth opportunities, and execute on projects to drive growth and engagement. Business Development and Brand Partnerships: Understand local media landscape and define the right mix of digital/non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC (Cost of Acquisition) targets. Identify and execute local partnerships and collaboration opportunities to drive brand loyalty and positive image perception Track delivery market dynamics and competitor activities. Driving User Base Growth and Leadership Responsibilities: Lead the ideation and execution of user-centric marketing activations that drive growth, working closely with other functions (Operations, Finance and Commercial). Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the activities carried out. Communicate details, updates and implementations across all stakeholders and teams with extreme attention to detail. Communicate and simplify concepts to the audience's needs. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Establish meaningful business relationships on behalf of the business (Partners, Media and other agencies, etc). Work together with functional HQ teams to get the local message through. Work closely with local teams to move forward on various growth initiatives Keep relevant parties informed about activities and accomplishments of the department and its programs. Design stakeholder communication plans that motivate further cohesion within the business. Compile and present reports on marketing initiatives/campaign performance through collaboration with the analytics and other HQ/local teams..
