Acting as the central technical coordination point, the position aligns component responsible engineers, function owners, software development teams and project stakeholders to achieve technical, timing, quality and cost targets.The position drives charging system maturity throughout the complete vehicle development process and ensures readiness for vehicle integration, validation and series production.QualifikationenExperienceMinimum 5 years experience in automotive charging systems, HV systems or EE system development.Experience in system integration and technical project management.Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.Experience working with suppliers and international development organizations.
