About the Company Talenza are partnering with the Transformation Group to hire 6 Developers for their new client on a 12 Month FTC starting in August/September. They're entering an exciting phase of growth and technology evolution. With a strong foundation already in place, including a cohort of developers who have been upskilled across legacy systems, the business is now investing heavily in modernising its technical landscape. About the Role You'll be joining a growing engineering function focused on delivering key transformation initiatives across the business. The role will give you exposure to both modern and legacy environments, with a focus on uplifting capability and driving innovation. Key projects include: Migration of the existing payment platform to StripeContributing to an innovation and automation program, including AI-driven initiatives and data upgradesSupporting broader transformation efforts such as warehouse optimisation, HR platform improvements, and dashboard development ("wayfinding")This role would suit someone who enjoys working across a variety of projects and wants to play a hands-on role in modernising systems and processes.
