Power Platform Developer
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£46,549 - £48,999 per year
35 hours per week
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Power Platform Developer to join our expanding Software Applications team within Sanctuary Group's Technology function.
You'll design and deliver robust Power Platform solutions that modernise legacy processes and improve how we use data across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role with scope to influence standards and shape a growing capability.
The role of Power Platform Developer will include:
Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and DataverseBuild integrations with internal and third-party systems using APIs and connectorsContribute to solution architecture, ensuring designs are scalable, secure, and maintainableTranslate business requirements into clear technical designs and deliverablesSupport, maintain, and enhance existing Power Platform solutionsApply best practice across governance, ALM, and environment strategyWork closely with developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and PMO across enterprise platforms
Skills and experiences:
Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power PlatformSolid understanding of Dataverse, including data modelling and solution designExperience building workflows and automations using Power AutomateProven experience integrating systems using APIs and standard integration patternsGood understanding of security models, role-based access, and environment strategyAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong stakeholder communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyExperience with SharePoint as part of the wider M365 ecosystemExperience supporting citizen development through guidance and governanceHigh standard of documentationFamiliarity with Solution deployments and ALM practices within Power PlatformKnowledge of Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise platformsPower BI experienceWhy work for us?
