*POLITE NOTE: Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance* -London | Hybrid (1 day per week in the office) and 4 days from home (more flex on offer) We're seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of a growing SaaS platform. This role combines technical leadership, software engineering, and team mentorship, offering the opportunity to influence both product direction and engineering culture. Key Requirements Strong software engineering background with leadership experience.Advanced Python development skills (FastAPI desirable).Experience with SQL, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scalable systems.Exposure to React/TypeScript is advantageous.Experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, or data-driven platforms is beneficial.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance.What's on Offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.Private healthcare.£2,000 annual flex allowance.5% pension contribution.Annual training budget and dedicated training leave.Bonus scheme and regular social events.
