We are looking for a talented and proactive Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining highly available systems, improving platform reliability, automating operational processes, and ensuring exceptional performance across mission-critical infrastructure.
π― KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
πΉ Monitor, maintain, and optimize the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.
πΉ Design and implement automation to streamline infrastructure and operational processes.
πΉ Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and infrastructure issues with minimal downtime.
πΉ Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response solutions.
πΉ Collaborate with software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve system scalability and resilience.
πΉ Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and containerized environments.
πΉ Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring incidents.
πΉ Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and system architecture diagrams.

REQUIREMENTS
π¦πΊ Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
π Applicants must hold one of the following:
Australian CitizenAustralian Permanent ResidentValid Australian Work Visa with full work rightsβ Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position.
π Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
βοΈ Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
βοΈ Strong knowledge of Linux systems, scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar), and infrastructure automation.
π Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, or similar DevOps technologies is highly desirable.
π Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk.
π€ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
π Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
