Description

Must Have Skills: • Strong experience with SRE and New Relic for monitoring and log analysis • Understanding of IAM, security protocols, and authentication flows • Understanding of Java (debugging, minor enhancements) • Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments • Hands-on experience with mTLS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML • Familiarity with Codefresh and GitHub Actions for CI/CD · Nice to Have Skills: L2 support experience Detailed Job Description: Roles and responsibilities: • Provide Level 2 support for IAM platforms including Ping AM (Access Management) and ForgeRock stack • Monitor, triage, and resolve production issues related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle • Investigate issues using monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic • Support Kubernetes-based deployments and containerized IAM workloads • Assist with CI/CD pipelines using Codefresh and GitHub Actions • Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) for traffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshooting • Perform Java-based debugging and minor code enhancements • Participate in incident management, RCA, and problem management • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with security best practices • Support release deployments and environment stability across Dev/Test/Prod
