Hiring | Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Operations Engineer 📍 Location: Doha, Qatar 💼 Experience: 4–7 Years 🎓 Certification: RHCSA / RHCE (Mandatory) We are seeking an experienced RHEL Operations Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration, enterprise infrastructure operations, automation, security hardening, and system lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:• Strong experience in RHEL Administration and Day-2 Operations • Hands-on experience with RHEL deployment, lifecycle management, and patch management • Knowledge of performance tuning, troubleshooting, and kernel configuration • Experience with Ansible automation and Bash scripting • Strong understanding of LVM and SAN/NAS storage integration • Experience with Active Directory / LDAP integration • Knowledge of RBAC, SSH key management, and access controls • Experience implementing Linux security hardening standards (CIS Benchmarks / DISA STIG) • Exposure to vulnerability management, SIEM integration, and log auditing • Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and high availability procedures Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
