Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Software Developer Team Lead role is based in Birkirkara.
The role involves leading a development team in designing, building, and maintaining software and web applications that align with client requirements and best practices.
The team lead will review code, guide architectural decisions, ensure adherence to object-oriented programming standards, and oversee full development lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Responsibilities include mentoring team members, coordinating sprint planning, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders, and proactively resolving technical challenges.
The role also requires contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring code quality, and promoting effective communication within the team and across dep

Qualifications
Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience delivering robust production systems.Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining Web Applications.Demonstrated Team Leadership abilities, including mentoring, task delegation, and performance guidance.Experience with modern development frameworks, version control, and CI/CD practices.Solid understanding of software architecture, testing methodologies, and code review processes.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in client-facing roles and agile methodologies is an advantage.
